Repair services
Every repair starts with a diagnosis and a written quote before any chargeable work begins — we won't carry out paid work without your approval. Repairs carry 90-day service warranty, covering the same fault and any parts we replaced, unless stated otherwise for a specific repair. Warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults, physical damage after the repair, or liquid damage occurring after your device is returned to you.
Parts
Where we quote a choice between genuine/OEM and A+ grade compatible parts, the option used is the one you approved in the quote. Your original replaced part is available for you to take back on request, except where it was part of a buyback/exchange arrangement.
Data recovery
We make no guarantee that data recovery will be successful — recoverability depends on the nature and extent of the drive's failure, which we assess as part of free diagnosis. Where stated, our "no data, no fee" policy means you are not charged for a recovery attempt that does not recover your files; this applies to the diagnosis and recovery attempt, not to any physical parts (such as donor drive components) consumed in the process, which would be disclosed in your quote beforehand.
Devices left with us
Please back up your own data before handing over a device where possible — while we take reasonable care of every device in our workshop, we recommend this as standard practice for any repair shop. Devices not collected within a reasonable period after we notify you that work is complete may be subject to storage arrangements we'll agree with you directly; we will always try to contact you first using the phone number or email you provided.
Refurbished laptops and products
Refurbished laptops are sold with the condition, specifications, and warranty period stated at the time of sale, confirmed with you before purchase. Products shown on this website (refurbished laptops, accessories, components) are for browsing — final price, availability, and purchase are confirmed in person or by phone/WhatsApp, since this site does not process online payments.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website (including the price list) are indicative starting prices and can vary by exact model, fault severity, and parts chosen — we always confirm the final price in writing before carrying out chargeable work.
